If so then she could throw it before by throwing another dispeller back in time [but that should have been made clear if that was the case] If not, looking at the logs it does not show up as before sequentially. Now, that being said, had it shown up before, I would have accepted it because at this point Asher has been shown to throw these things multiple times and it does make sense someone would use a dispeller pre-emptively. THAT being said one would expect a dispeller to only operate for so long, so it would have had to have been done relatively close to Asher's actual deployment of the smoke bomb.

[19:23] <Morrigan> Once the generator was blow up, every single Youkai in Gensokyo launched an all-out attack since their powers were no longer suppressed. It was a glorious, madcap battle of mercentary bullets versus White Wold blades and pure Danmaku awesomeness.

[19:26] <Morrigan> It was. The mercenaries were armed with offworld weapons and extremely advanced combat droids. It wasn't an easy battle, but apparently it was fantastic to see. Still, it had its casualties.

[19:55] <Morrigan> We may never know. We've never found any clues to their identity.
[19:56] <David O`Cain> Which means whoever set it is still around somewhere.

[20:05] <Morrigan> Unless he, she, or they all got killed at some point between 13 years ago and now.

[20:06] <David O`Cain> Anyway, what's happening in Gensokyo right now?
[20:07] <Morrigan> Heh, I think now the party is dying down now that they've blown up the straw figures that represented all of the mercenaries.

[20:09] <Morrigan> But now comes the part where they'll be visiting the grave of Liana. She was a Delmo girl who'd been a friend of Solar and his allies back then. She was in Gensokyo with them during the last battle, but she died during the assault on the mercenaries' base.
[20:11] <David O`Cain> She must have been quite the Delmo at the time.
[20:15] <Morrigan> She was a good mechanic and pretty fearless.
[20:16] <Morrigan> But during one of the fights she got shot in the head, the bullet penetrated out the back of her skull, and struck Marisa Kirisame in the side with enough force to seriously wound her. Solar had to make a choice on who to treat because they only had enough time to treat one of them.

[20:22] <Haru E> I remember hearing about that.... didn't Liana outright tell Solar to help Marisa instead?
[20:23] <Morrigan> Solar knows a fair bit about combat medicine, so he could stop the bleeding well enough, but there was only enough time and equipment to save one of them. Liana had a major head wound, and Marisa was bleeding out her side. Ultimately, he chose to save Marisa.
[20:24] <Morrigan> No, Liana was down and out the moment she got shot. I'm not sure if she was even aware she'd gotten hit. According to the report, she got hit about an inch or so above her right eyebrow.

[20:27] <Morrigan> Yeah...I think you can see why he chose to save Marisa instead. Liana really needed surgery, prefereably by a neurosurgeon. Solar just didn't have that kind of equipment OR knowledge.
