[17:45] * Nelius Raoul [City] gives the officers what details he knows-- mainly of the aftermath.
[17:46] * Nelius Raoul [City] adds that this isn't the first he's seen today-- there was the alleyway with a drained young man not too far away.

[17:50] * police start to cordone off the crime sight

[18:01] * Nelius Raoul [City] gets an idea-- he decides to try and sense out Bellerose's presence. If she is the one killing these people, or if something else is framing her for such murders, he'll find out.
[18:02] * Nelius Raoul [City] finds an isolated area, then jumps to the top of a nearby building, landing softly. From here, he begins to expand his senses, looking for Bellerose's presense, or the weakening lives of other people.
[18:03] * her aura starts off from the cafe..and moves on...you can sense another weakened prescence.....
[18:03] * Nelius Raoul [City] silently drops down, and follows the aura to the weakened presence.
[18:04] * the weakened prescence is coming from a park
[18:05] * Nelius Raoul [City] enters the park, looking for the weakened life force.

[18:06] * a young woman is laying face down in the grass...she's still breathing but barely

[18:17] * ambulance pulls up and takes the woman onboard, closing and driving off

[19:37] <Nelius Raoul> That was when someone shady-character, the mastermind that had been stringing Bellerose along, showed up and tried to burn the place down.
[19:38] <Nelius Raoul> It was after we got them back that Katerina Krasnov up at the Clinic found a number of discoveries concerning Bellerose.
[19:38] <Michelle O`Cain> I see. Hopefully everyone got out alright. Rather shameful that a coward would have someone else commit their actions.

[19:40] <Nelius Raoul> Anyway, it turns out Bellerose might've been created in a project similar to the 400-Babies project Mango ran--- Bellerose didn't match any known vampires in the database, but she did match Matsumi. In short, Matsumi is her genetic mother.
