[21:57] * Dyslaylea shows up in the distance, hovering towards the two battlers.

[21:59] * Vanisher materializes as an opaque gray mist, having surrounded Psyron's limbs and torso with her tendrils of mist. She keeps him immobile.

[21:59] * Moonbeam huffs angrily, her chest heaving as she tries her best to calm down.
[22:00] * Dyslaylea lands adjacent to Moonbeam as she sees Vanisher keeping Psyron on lockdown for the moment.
[22:01] <Vanisher> ♦ Why'd you have to go punch him in the throat for, Moonbeam? How's he supposed to give us the info on who he's workin for?
[22:01] * a blast of odd energy is fired towards the group
[22:01] * Vanisher is constantly swirling around the young man's body, keeping him in check.
[22:01] * Dyslaylea sense/hears the blast coming and gets out of the way.
[22:02] * Moonbeam isn't so lucky because she was distracted from feeling badly.
[22:02] * the energy hits it's target.....causing the victim's arm to vanish
[22:03] * Moonbeam screams a blood-piercing scream as her left arm is missing.
[22:04] * Dyslaylea expands her range of sensing and spots the person that shot the energy. She places a mental tag on him.
[22:04] * figure comes into view...it appears to be a woman whose body is made enitarly of stars and swirling nebula and galaxies..she wears a completely white mask over her face

[22:05] * Dyslaylea frowns, both confused and irritated.

[22:05] * Moonbeam is babbling incoherently. Even though her stump doesn't hurt, her arm is GONE.
[22:06] * Dyslaylea lays a calm healing on Moonbeam's mind. Urging her to relax and focus on what's on hand rather than the fact that she's apparently missing a hand.
[22:06] * figure glances at moonbeam...and gestures...causing moonbeam's arm to reappear.......strangling herself
[22:07] * Moonbeam word's are being choked off by her own hand.
[22:07] * Moonbeam aims with her free hand and blasts a beam of moonlight energy at the woman.
[22:07] * figure turns......and switches inside out...causing the moonlight energy to reflect back
[22:08] * Moonbeam 's yelp of surprise is cut off by her constricted throat.
[22:09] * Dyslaylea attempts to send a blast of psychic algesis energy in an attempt to harm the woman's body on a muscular level.

[22:10] * Dyslaylea eyes widen. She wonders who this woman is.
[22:11] * Dyslaylea sees Moonbeam turning blue and rolls her eyes. She uses her telekinesis to send Moonbeam away, hopefully out of the range of the evil woman's powers.
[22:12] * Moonbeam is off in the far distance, gulping large amounts of air to her air-starved lungs.

[22:17] * Vanisher detracts herself from Psyron. She materializes into her normal human form. Her dark face is ashen in shock.

[22:18] * Moonbeam shows up from the darkness down the street. She looks pissed off.

[22:19] * Moonbeam stops short as she sees Psyron on the ground.

[22:20] * Dyslaylea kneels down, and rests her gloved hands on the young man's head.
[22:20] * Vanisher visibly calms down a bit.
[22:21] * Vanisher sees her blonde-haired partner calming down as well and frowns.

[22:21] * Moonbeam starts to get furious again, realizing she was being manipulated.
[22:22] <Dyslaylea> ♦ I can fix this. Do not doubt me.
[22:22] * Dyslaylea concentrates and, using her mentasis, she's slowly able to piece Psyron's mind back together. Drawing forth his memories back to him from the place they once were.
[22:23] * Psyron 's eyes flutter a bit...
[22:24] * Dyslaylea shifts a bit as she continues to heal his mind; she sorts through the information trying to see what that woman was after.
[22:24] * Vanisher has her hands on Moonbeam's shoulders and whispers to her quietly, trying to calm her partner down.
[22:25] * Dyslaylea manages to locate the information but makes sure to keep Psyron asleep for a bit longer.
[22:25] * Dyslaylea gets to her feet, looking a bit worn.
