[17:19] * The knives are definitely NOT the kind used by Sakuya Izayoi - blackened with a slick oily sheen on them.

[17:19] * Solarchos quickly pulls Inu-Kit down to the ground and behind cover!
[17:20] * Something chitters angrily from the balcony above the Lobby and everyone hears the patter of feet as the assailant moves to a different position.
[17:20] * Natalia lets go of Remi's hand and stands
[17:21] * Solarchos whips out a Predator pistol and takes aim at the balcony, recognizing the knives. "Skaven?! Here?!"
[17:22] * Kitsune no Hime is curled up on the floor
[17:23] * Natalia draws a handful of blades from her robes
[17:24] * Skaven Assassin is a short, ugly creature that resembles a humanoid rat, bearing the worst traits of them: nasty hateful eyes, jagged teeth, and a foul fierce disposition. It's dressed in rough-cut canvas clothes and carries multiple weapons of silent death and assassination. Including poison. Especially poison.

[17:24] * RoyalTwin summons fire to surround his arrows, aiming carefully
[17:25] * Kitsune no Hime shakes her head
[17:25] * RoyalTwin shoots
[17:25] * Solarchos radios it in: Skaven encountered in the Hotel!

[17:26] * RoyalTwin tosses a knife belt to Natalia
[17:26] * Natalia throws her blades at the assassin
[17:26] * The Skaven manage to avoid most of the Demon's attacks, whipping off its cloak and twirling it around several times in front of it to catch and entrap the majority of the fire arrows.
[17:27] * The Skaven 's cloak instantly catches fire. It tosses the now-useless item away and draws a pair of venom-drenched short swords in its claws.
[17:27] * The Skaven hisses as its tail is struck soundly by the hurled knife!
[17:28] <The Skaven > Ah! Cut you kill you! Demon-mage now die pain-shrieking!
[17:29] * The Skaven leaps at Remi and Natalia!
[17:29] * Natalia raises her blades to defend herself!
[17:29] * RoyalTwin draws his blade!
[17:30] * RoyalTwin steadies his sword before attempting to strike
[17:30] * Solarchos opens fire at the Skaven as it leaps through the air.
[17:31] <The Skaven> EEEAAAAKKKrrrrrrrr!!!
[17:31] * The Skaven takes two hits in its side, but pushes itself onwards despite the pain. WEAK-WEAK MAN-THINGS CANNOT WIN-WIN!
[17:32] * The Skaven hits the ground, rolls, and leaps up swinging at both Natalia and Remi!
[17:33] * Natalia positions herself between the Skaven and Inukit and Solar, drawing a short sword
[17:34] * RoyalTwin tries to slam a binding spell on the Skaven
[17:35] * The Skaven has positioned itself between Remi and Natalia, attacking them both not only with swords in both its claws, but its teeth too (which look just as filthy as any wild rat's should be).
[17:36] * The Skaven is hit by the binding spell! Its hands suddenly snap together as if bound by rope!
[17:36] * RoyalTwin tries to stick his sword in the skaven's mouth, down it's throat
[17:36] <The Skaven> Cunning-smart. Not smart-smart enough man-thing!
[17:37] * The Skaven rolls to the side immediately.
[17:37] * The Skaven leaps up and bounds behind Natalia, wrapping its tail around something in its belt.
[17:38] * The Skaven is clutching a small blade with its tail now and STABS at Natalia!
[17:38] * Natalia SWINGS around to counter with her own sword
[17:39] * The Skaven squeals as its tail is severed in mid-stab!
[17:39] * The Skaven lunges head-first towards Natalia, attempting to attack her directly!
[17:40] * Solarchos gives up trying to get a clear shot at the Skaven and just draws the Warp-blade!
[17:41] * Natalia is TACKED to the floor, rolling to avoid being pinned down. She moves elegantly and swiftly, drawing another throwing knife to throw at him.
[17:41] * RoyalTwin desperately tries another fire arrow at the Skaven
[17:42] * The Skaven BITES at Natalia's face!
[17:42] * Natalia grabs its face and THROWS it back!
[17:43] * Kitsune no Hime gets to her knees and peaks out
[17:44] * RoyalTwin glares at Inu-Kit, "STAY HIDDEN!"
[17:44] * The Skaven is hurled aside, smacking against one of the columns. Its hands manage to work themselves free.
[17:44] * The Skaven sees Inu-Kit. Fox-woman priestess. Mother of hated-feared fox-children...
[17:45] * The Skaven draws several envenomed knives in its hands and FLINGS them at Inu-Kit and Solarchos!
[17:46] * Natalia is suddenly in front of them and THROWS her arms out. She takes the hit directly, her mask shattering and her hood falling back as she falls to the floor.

[17:48] * Solarchos leaps past the Silent Sorceress and attacks the Skaven directly, swinging at it with a wide, scything two-handed slash!

[17:51] * The Skaven is struck dead-on by the attack. Its upper body goes in one direction, its lower body goes in another, and its internal organs (or what's left of them) are messily splattered all over the walls behind it.
[17:51] * Kitsune no Hime stays in her hiding spot...but can't happen to hear Remi's cry...
[17:51] *** The Skaven has left #suburbansenshi2
[17:51] <Solarchos> What? Natalia?
[17:52] * Kitsune no Hime slowly gets to her feet again, "Natalia?"
[17:52] * Solarchos sheathes his sword and rushes over to help the Silent Sorceress.

[17:53] * Solarchos quickly examines the Silent Sorceress' body. He also examines the blades the Skaven used.
[17:53] <Solarchos> Inu-Kit! Are you still all right? Were you struck at all by any of those knives?
[17:54] * Kitsune no Hime quickly shakes her head no
[17:54] * RoyalTwin glares and pulls out his knife, slicing his hand and using his blood to write runes on Natalia, before murmuring a spell
[17:55] * Natalia has a cut on her cheek from the blade which broke her mask, along with several blades embedded in her body
[17:56] <Solarchos> It's not the Churning Rot on these knives, and it's not Helvenom because they're not smoldering.
[17:57] * Solarchos looks at the Silent Sorceresses' face now that it's revealed.
[17:58] * Kitsune no Hime looks at Natalia.
[17:58] *** Natalia is a teenage girl, about 16, with flowing red and brown robes. Her hair is a coppery red and her eyes are a stunning blue-green. Her fox ears and tails match her hair and she has a magical air about her.
