[16:46] <Very Young Lich> They also have absolutely no concern for their own lives. They do not question their duties and have few earthly possessions. Many have no families because they see them as vulnerabilities to be exploited--which quite frankly is mostly correct.
[16:48] <Very Young Lich> I have never encountered a paladin that did not wish to fight to the death---If I encountered one tomorrow that was clearly weaker than me, he would almost certainly refuse my offers to surrender and retain his life.
