[23:27] <Eliza McIntash> Right... from the... from what happened last night.
[23:27] <Eliza McIntash> Is that what that's called?
[23:27] <Eliza McIntash> I really hope that woman is okay. I just am trying to put things in perspective.
[23:27] <Raihosha> Well, last night would be what we call a trigger.

[23:28] <Raihosha> WHat you went through would be traumatic for anyone.
[23:29] <Raihosha> So what happened last night to her, triggered a reaction from you as if your body were reliving your own previous traumas.
[23:29] <Eliza McIntash> I just wanted to prevent it from happening to others. I just... it's like I cannot let go of it. When Matsumi brought in some waif that was possessed by an evil spirit, and she died, I cried and cried. Because I realized that could have been ME. That was what was so scary, in spite of how sorry I was for her. I even went into mourning.

[23:32] <Raihosha> There are a couple of treatments that might help...

[23:36] * Eliza McIntash gives back conflicting readings, has a biochemistry signature that is not on record, and has a body temperature around 104. There are nigh-undetectable but powerful things that sleep within her.

[23:42] <Raihosha> Yes, because I'd think your body temperature was running a nearly lethal fever.
[23:42] <Eliza McIntash> Come to think of it I never really recall getting... well...
[23:42] <Eliza McIntash> This was the first time I have ever called in sick to my job.
[23:43] <Raihosha> But you are far too active for that to be the case.
[23:44] <Raihosha> But it also means the treatments I would have liked to try are unlikely to have predictable results.
[23:45] <Raihosha> David over there, I could have given him a quick nasal spray to help break the trauma cycle and some sleeping pills for a good night's sleep.
[23:46] <Raihosha> A few followups and some talk therapy and I could probably have declared him fine in a few weeks.

[23:47] * Eliza McIntash nods but blinks ditzily "How does nasal spray break a trauma cycle?" XD
[23:47] <Raihosha> For you, though, it is likely to be older methods.
[23:49] <Raihosha> Really, David. Heck, the nasal spray is an experimental technique the Americans are exploring. I just have more developed methods, that I can modify for your physiology so that the right chemicals are absorbed through your mucus membranes and delivered to your brain.

[23:50] * Eliza McIntash sits down. "Can I ask you two something?"

[23:54] <Raihosha> We tend to appear united because we tend to have common goals.

[23:55] <Raihosha> But we can have very different methods, yes. We can usually work out those differences given time.
[23:56] <David O`Cain> Seems like once in a while there are disagreements. However, usually compromises are made and still accomplish the same goal.
[23:57] <Raihosha> But in the sort of sudden, act now or don't, that you would have seen last night, there will be conflicting courses of action which can lead to a bit of chaos.

[23:58] <Eliza McIntash> I just kind of leave this kind of thing to you guys. I'm used to you all having all the answers. I guess I never really considered that we were vulnerable. At all, really.

[23:58] <Raihosha> And Hazel is particularly adept at knowing which buttons to push to get people to act rashly.
